Scheduled Maintenance June 13, 2010

Dear Customer:

On June 13, 2010, between 12:01am and 05:00am Central, our Network Engineering team will be adding additional capacity for all Customer Access Routers(car02.hstntx2, car03.hstntx2, car04.hstntx2, car05.hstntx2 and car06.hstntx2) in our Hstntx2 data center as part of network upgrade initiatives.

This maintenance will require a reboot of each CAR and our engineers expect up to 20 minutes of downtime on each CAR as the reboot takes place. Private Rack solutions with redundant uplinks(car03.hstntx2 and car04.hstntx2) are not expected to be affected by the maintenance, but the risk does exist.
